Add a "visit outcome" selection when the clerk closes out a customer

I am seeing a few bases use the notes field to indicate what the outcome/resolution was for the encounter.  But the format is not consistent and they cannot run reports by that variable.  I also have a couple of prospects fo QK that have asked for this feature.

 

The outcome selection options should be variable based on the service selected.

 

Also - Their should be an AHA "category for this idea" selection for CLERK INTERFACE or something like that.
