Administrators receive a Queue subscription expiration notification, 3 months in advanced, that appears on their dashboard when signing in. Also Administrators have a 5th column on the side of their Dashboard to be able to visually see the Queue subscription expiration date.
Both the notification and the additional column can include contact information for DynaTouch including phone, email and the name of the Customer support Representative.
